We make it simple: send us great files, and we'll print them perfectly. Read below to make sure everything goes smoothly.

File Review Policy

FILES ARE PRINTED AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT REVIEW. What you send is what gets printed — no exceptions. Take a moment to double-check your files before placing your order.

Client Responsibility & Copyright

DTFTransfersLosAngeles.com is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You own the artwork, OR
  • You have written authorization from the rights holder.

You — and only you — are responsible for the content you submit.

File Requirements (Print Ready)

Want perfect prints? Send us perfect files. Here's the checklist:

  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI — no exceptions.
  • Formats: PNG or PDF only.
  • Background: Must be fully transparent.
  • Size: Submit at the exact final print size. We do not scale or edit.
  • Color: CMYK recommended. RGB files will be auto-converted — colors may shift. No color correction or screen-matching provided.

Important: Files that don't meet requirements will be printed exactly as submitted. No adjustments, no exceptions.

Gang Sheet Responsibility

Gang sheets are your territory! You are fully responsible for:

  • Image spacing and layout design.
  • Proper margins and fit within the printable area.

We do not modify, reorder, or redesign gang sheets. Send it ready to go!

Print Quality Disclaimer

We take pride in our print quality — but we can only work with what you give us. We are not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution or pixelated artwork.
  • Wrong sizes or backgrounds that weren't removed.
  • Transparency issues, glow effects, or soft shadows.

Tax-Exempt Customers

Got a resale certificate? Send it our way before placing your order and we'll get you set up. Sales tax applies to all orders until your certificate is approved.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, we do not offer refunds for client artwork errors, color differences, or incorrect file setup. When in doubt — check your files twice!
